This blog began as a simple kitchen exploration three-ish years ago. Back then, I was a college student on my own for the first time, testing the culinary waters and wondering if maybe, someday, I might like to go to culinary school. Due to a celiac disease diagnosis in December 2012, my focus has shifted significantly. Now, I’m adjusting to life without gluten.
More than ever before, I feel that it’s important to share the recipes I find and create. I’d love to hear from others who have celiac disease or a non-celiac gluten intolerance, or who have gone gluten-free for other reasons. I hope that in the process of reading about my experiences, you’ll find hope, joy, and health.
In my non-blogging life, I’m a freelance writer/editor/project manager, yoga addict, and karaoke goddess living in Austin, TX. Visit my personal website here.
