Like my clothing style, my cooking style is a little helter-skelter. “In production” would probably be the best way to describe it, especially now that I’m on a strict gluten-free diet. Since I’m usually cooking for one, most non-baking recipes will be easily refrigerate-able or will yield one or two servings.
When I first started to cook, I was frustrated by the lack of specificity found in most cookbooks. Presuming basic knowledge is all well and good, but only if your reader actually has basic knowledge. For this reason, my recipes may run a little longer than those you’ll find on other blogs. I want to make sure that even if you’ve never baked a pie or even boiled water before, you’ll have success with my recipes.
